Shipping policy

At Divine Canvas, a brand of Vidhi Ease Lifestyle Essentials Private Limited, we aim to dispatch your orders promptly and deliver them safely.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are normally dispatched within 1 working day of payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Any different processing period for a particular product will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.

Orders are dispatched from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Delivery Within India

We ship across India to pincodes serviced by our courier partners. Delivery availability depends on the destination pincode and the service available for your shipment.

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. This is in addition to the order processing period.

Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, festive demand, weather, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events. If we become aware of a material delay, we will inform you.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Express delivery and international shipping charges are quoted separately and confirmed with you before booking. These charges may depend on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and service selected.

4. Express and Next-Day Delivery

Express or next-day delivery may be available for eligible locations, subject to stock availability, courier serviceability and pickup cut-off times.

For urgent puja, gifting or event requirements, contact us before placing your order. We will confirm the available service, expected delivery date and additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the available tracking details using the contact information provided with your order.

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, email address and phone number are accurate. Contact us promptly if any details need correction; changes may be difficult once the shipment is in transit.

6. International Orders

International shipping can be arranged on request through DHL, subject to destination serviceability and product restrictions.

Estimated international delivery is 7–8 days after dispatch. Customs clearance, local delivery arrangements and destination requirements may extend this period.

We will confirm the shipping charges and any taxes collected by us before booking. International orders are dispatched after payment of the order value and confirmed shipping charges.

Import duties, destination VAT or other local taxes and customs-related charges may be payable separately by the recipient unless expressly included in our quotation. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and may be collected by the courier.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

Please inspect your order after delivery and report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 3 days of receiving it, in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Email your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging to care@divinecanvas.store. Keep the packaging and accessories where available until we provide instructions.

For approved claims, we will arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund under that policy. Please contact us before sending products back.

The reporting window does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by applicable law.
